All meetings of the Oakridge School District Budget Committee are scheduled to take place at the District Office Boardroom - 47997 First Street, Oakridge, Oregon 97463
MEETING DATES/TIMES/ACTIVITIES

Activity: (a) The budget committee shall elect a chairperson, vice-chairperson and secretary. (b) The budget officer shall present the budget message. ( c) The budget committee shall review and discuss the budget document as proposed, site by site. (d) Set additional dates.
May __, 2025 - 5:00 pm
Activity: (a) Target date for final review and approval by the Budget Committee.
June 12, 2025 - 5:45 pm
Activity: ( a) Budget hearing for taxpayers to review and discuss the budget presented for the operation of Oakridge School District during the 2023-2024 fiscal year. (b) The Board of Directors shall adopt a final budget.
PUBLICATION DATES
March - First publication of notice of the first meeting of the Budget Committee, outlining the time, date, and location of the presentation of the budget message and the budget document. This notice is posted in the Highway58Herald and District and District Website.
April - Second publication of notice of the first meeting of the Budget Committee, outlining the time, date, and location of the presentation of the budget message and the budget document. This notice is posted in the Highway58Herald and District and District Website.
June - Publication of the notice of the budget hearing and the summarized budget as required by law. Posted in Highway58Herald and on the District Website.
